As floor manager / production manager you are responsible for the organisational framework of our live and recorded productions. You are the interface between editorial, technical teams, the organiser and the crew – on site as well as in preparation from Cologne.
Your responsibilities
- Planning and controlling the production workflow on site
- Coordinating crew, service providers and the organiser
- Organising accreditations, accommodation, transport and catering
- Monitoring schedules, budget items and safety requirements
- Communicating with directing and production management during the broadcast

Your profile
- Experience in floor or production management, preferably in sports or events
- Organisational talent that still knows the order when twelve things are open
- Friendly assertiveness with crew, organisers and service providers
- Confident handling of schedules, calculations and common office tools
- Negotiating-level German and English; Class B driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work weekends
